Goodwin Local is a local search marketing service operated from Tucson, Arizona. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
- What you type into our form. Business name, website, trade, service area, how you currently get customers, your Google Business Profile situation, and your contact details. You give us this deliberately and you can see every field before you send it.
- Basic technical data. Our host records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use it to keep the site working and to see which content brought people here.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not use cookies to follow you around the internet.
What we do with it
We use your form submission to decide whether we can genuinely help your business, and to record a short video about it if we can. We reply either way. That is the entire purpose.
We do not sell your information. We do not trade it, rent it, or hand it to a lead broker. If we ever change that, this page changes first and you will be told.
Who else touches it
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf: our form handler delivers submissions to our inbox, our email provider stores the resulting messages, and our hosting provider serves this site. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a live conversation, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, without arguing about it.
If we email you, every message identifies who it is from and includes a working way to stop hearing from us. Ask to be removed and you are removed. We honour that promptly and permanently.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email heath@goodwinlocal.com and we will handle it. There is no form and no ticket queue.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes get told to anyone currently working with us.

Note for whoever is maintaining this: a physical postal address is required here before any commercial email is sent, and several ad platforms will ask for one too. A registered agent address or a private mailbox satisfies it.
